We currently ship within New Zealand only.
- Standard Shipping: $8.90
- Rural Delivery: $13.90
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but are generally 2–5 business days for standard and 3–7 business days for rural areas.
Returns
We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your PawRinse kit. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@pawrinse.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Faulty Items
If your PawRinse kit arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
